As a small team, we cannot provide a large number of consultants. Instead, our business model focuses on successfully launching as many projects as possible. There are several project management methods that supports our consulting approach. We don’t think that it makes sense to define all the details requirement in advance. We need to find the pain points; the critical success factors of the company and we define key performance factor to be able to measure the success. With that, we map the functionality that the software offers with the requirements the customer has.
We are continuously improving our implementation methods. We are also optimizing our processes, by analyzing successful implementations, recording the methods and tools and sharing it with the team. Everybody works on an optimized and proved process.
